Where is the Colonial Parkway?
Connecting the James River to the York River, visitors can access the Colonial Parkway within The Founder’s District, near the Jamestown Settlement. The 23-mile roadway meanders through the Hampton Roads region of Virginia and terminates at the battlefields of Yorktown. The Colonial Parkway is contained within the Colonial National Historical Park, 10,000+ acres of land dedicated to interpreting and preserving some of the most important locations of American history.
