Size of the mifold Compat Booster Seat
At 10 in x 5 in x 2 in, this foldable travel booster seat is small enough to fit in any bag, including a child’s backpack! The mifold is also very lightweight. At 1.6 lbs, it adds negligible weight to your luggage.
How Safe is the mifold Booster Seat?
The mifold Grab-and-Go booster seat has met all of the safety regulations in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. It is constructed out of aircraft grade aluminum and a super tough plastic polymer for “superior impact resistance”.
How Does the mifold Booster Seat Work?
The mifold’s design is simple but ingenious.
After unfolding the seat, the two belt holders on each side extend out. They can be adjusted 3 ways depending on how large the child is. Once the child is seated on the mifold, the lap belt threads through the guides on either side. The mifold is designed to position the lap belt across the legs instead of the belly.
The quick clip strap attaches to the shoulder strap to adjust the seat belt away from your child’s neck.
Overall, instead of lifting a child up to fit a three-point seat belt, the mifold’s design allows the seat belt to be adjusted to the child.

A mifold is designed to replace a traditional booster seat. It is made for children 4 years old and older. Children 40-100lbs and 40-57 inches can safely use the mifold.

Final Thoughts on Our mifold Booster Seat Review
After using the mifold travel seat, we were really impressed. Its size makes it extremely easy to take anywhere. It is small enough to fit in a small backpack or medium-sized purse, making it perfect for carrying on a plane.
Although the seat appeared to be small and possibly uncomfortable, our daughter found it comfortable and fun to sit on. As for safety, the mifold positions the seat belt correctly, so the seat belt functions the way it was designed. Overall, we would recommend this product to any traveling family and have added to our list of our favorite kids travel products!
